Deputy Quarry Manager We are currently looking for a Deputy Quarry Manager based at Masters site, Wareham, where your responsibilities will be to monitor and advice on all aspects of the site closely liaising with the Manager. You should be able to organise staff and keep all equipment, both mobile and static in operation and assess and plan maintenance / servicing as required. You will be required to monitor and advise on stock levels, and in the absence of the Manager you will be required to manage the site as per the quarry regulations.
We are ideally looking for an individual with suitable experience and qualifications, however this role could suit a person who is self-motivated, organised and looking for career in the quarry industry.
The successful applicant will be computer literate, have good organisational skills and be self-motivated. Full training will be provided as an essential part of the position.

HGV Skip drivers (Class 2) required at Elliott Road Depot, Bournemouth. You must have a driver CPC card. Your duties and responsibilities will include delivering and collecting skips into the local area. You will also be required to carryout your daily checks and maintenance on the vehicle. HGV Hiab driver required for the Merchanting Department based at New Milton. You will be required to have an up to date CPC and have your Hiab Licence. You will be required to deliver bulk bags of aggregates and sand, T Beams and tipper work as required. Senior Transport Manager An opportunity has arisen for a Transport Manager to join a growing business. As Transport Manager you will be fully accountable to manage and develop a team, to manage customer relations and to oversee delivery of targets across the business.
The role as Transport Manager you will lead a team to be accountable for ensuring legal compliance across this function. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent standard of service. Reviewing targets and objectives for fleet operations throughout the Company and setting new targets and objectives.
You must hold a CPC Transport Manager qualification with a proven ability to lead and develop teams. You should ideally have experience of working within a fast paced transport function and have experience of managing and developing teams. You should be able to demonstrate excellent standard of customer service.
