HGV Drivers
Our transport planning team are based from the transport hub in New Milton. We currently have over 40 drivers in the team who in the most work out of New Milton but not all, and get to visit most of our sites across Hampshire and Dorset throughout their working week.

Site Based Roles
Most of our operational roles are based at one of our eight sites across Hampshire and Dorset. These sites include our busy depots, concrete operations, waste recycling centre and quarries. Please see a list of available roles below:

Builder's Merchants
Our New Milton branch is situated on our largest site at Caird Avenue and has just started its re-development into a double story building and warehouse with new yard. Our new branch will open at the start of 2022 in Bournemouth and is located near our busy depot in Elliott Road.

Head Office Roles
Predominantly our office based staff work within our Head Office in New Milton. However, we do have offices at our Recycling Centre in Pennington and we have many employees that work flexibly across our sites or from home. We are also in the process of re-developing our Builder’s Merchants in New Milton and opening a new branch in Bournemouth, both of which have office space.
