NMSB "BUILD WITH NMSB" COMPETITION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility
The "Build with NMSB" competition ("Competition") is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or older, except employees of NMSB and their immediate families.
2. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must:
Post 5 photos to Facebook or Instagram between 1st November and 13th December 2024.
Tag NMSB’s official account in each post and use the hashtag #BuildwithNMSB.
Photos must be of projects using materials from NMSB.
Each qualifying participant will be entered into the raffle once, even if they post more than 5 photos.
3. Prize
The prize consists of 2 tickets in the hospitality lounge to see Southampton FC. The prize includes access to the lounge and tickets to a chosen game, which will be decided with the winner. Travel, accommodation, and any other expenses are not included.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prize is available. (The winning participant will need to be present at the chosen match).
4. Winner Selection
A winner will be selected by random draw from all qualifying entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place during the week commencing 16th December 2024.
The winner will be contacted via phone, or direct message on the social media platform where they posted their photos (if we do not have a contact number). If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, NMSB reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
5. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to have their name, photo, and any posted content using #BuildwithNMSB used by NMSB for promotional purposes across their social media channels and website.
Posts and photos must be respectful and relevant to NMSB’s brand and products. NMSB reserves the right to disqualify entries that are offensive, inappropriate, or unrelated to the brand.
6. Limitation of Liability
NMSB will not be responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, or incorrectly tagged, or for any technical issues related to social media platforms that may prevent entries from being received.
NMSB reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances or factors outside of its control.
7. Data Protection
Any personal information provided during entry will only be used for the administration of this Competition and in accordance with NMSB’s Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the competition, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
