Parkstone Golf Club is a valued customer, and our collaboration has consistently demonstrated the power of partnership. From the successful transformation of their first tee to our ongoing work on their halfway hut, our relationship is built on a foundation of mutual success, and goes beyond our Sporting & Horticultural division, utilising our Concrete and Builders Merchant services as well.

First Tee Transformation: Award-Winning Results

In the winter of 2023, Parkstone Golf Club embarked on a long-anticipated redesign of their first tee. We were proud to supply the essential materials for this ambitious project, brought to life by the vision and expertise of Parkstone’s Greenkeeper, Grant. Grant’s exceptional design not only enhanced the course but also earned him the prestigious Greenkeeper Project of the Year award at the BIGGA Awards, presented at BTME in 2024.

The project faced a significant challenge. Construction took place during the wettest winter on record. Despite these adverse conditions, the dedication of Parkstone’s team, combined with our reliable supply of materials, ensured the first tee was ready for play in early 2024.

• 150t 2-6mm Shingle

Ongoing Collaboration: Building the Halfway Hut

Our partnership extends beyond the first tee. We have recently supplied 6m of concrete and a comprehensive range of merchant materials for the construction of Parkstone’s new halfway hut. This project exemplifies the strength of our relationship and our ability to meet diverse needs through cross-sales.
