- Company News
We are very pleased to announce that our Builders Merchant division has been shortlisted as one of the three finalists for Hard Landscaping Display of the Year in the BMF Builder's Merchant Awards, for our landscaping display at New Milton Builder's Merchants.
The landscaping display was officially opened by BBC's Joe Swift, in June 2023 which welcomed over 200 local residents, existing customers, town and county councillors. The 900m2 display, built by award winning design company, Magnolia Landscaping, includes 10 separate garden areas, covering products from driveway materials to decorative aggregates, set within beautiful flower borders with features including water exhibits, as well as a sales office and BBQ area to support hosting future events.
The finished design features a mix of materials, products and zoned areas, with aggregates and other heavy build materials also cleverly incorporated into the designs, including:
- Competitively priced porcelain
- Indian sandstones of various colours
- Various concrete slabs
- Raised decking and walkways
- Decorative aggregates
- Artificial grasses of varying thicknesses
- Decorative walling
- Resin drives
- Essential building products: aggregates, bricks, blocks, and standard timber products
With multiple brands available at the branch including Pavestone, Saige, Artificial Grass and many others. Enabling us to provide varying price ranges with so many options.
Open to trade and public, the space has been built to provide level access so that it can accommodate those requiring use of a mobility aid.
Matt Lock, Commercial Director comments; "Our new landscaping display is a beautiful, friendly, and welcoming space for both our trade customers and consumers to come and view the wide range of landscaping products we have available, to get inspiration and hopefully help them transform their own outdoor space. We are looking forward to the awards ceremony which will see so many acknowledged for their hard work in this amazing industry. Sending our best wishes to all of the other nominees."
