- Moffett lorry – need to access a tight space? Request this vehicle, it comes with a forklift.
- Hiab 18-26t – ideal for delivery over walls/fences, or offloading bulk bags.

Our Reserve & Collect service allows you to select and reserve building materials online, ensuring they are ready for pickup at your chosen branch – Poole or New Milton.
Simply fill out the reservation form on our website with your contact details, preferred branch, and the items you wish to reserve, including quantities. Once submitted, we'll prepare your order for collection.
If you place your order before 3pm, your items will be ready for collection within 3 hours. Orders placed after 3pm will be available the next day.
Yes, you can select either our Poole or New Milton branch as your preferred pickup location when making your reservation.
Absolutely. We offer free delivery services using our own fleet of trucks, including our smaller 3.5t dropside van, Moffett lorries with forklifts for challenging access, and Hiab lorries. Please contact us to arrange delivery if needed.
You can reserve a wide range of building materials from timber, drainage, insulation, and tools through to landscaping products and heavy build items (in stock) at our Poole and New Milton branches. If you're unsure about availability, please contact us directly.
While we don't specify a minimum order, please consider the practicality of collecting your items, especially if they are bulky or heavy. For large or heavy items, delivery might be more convenient.
To modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but please note that once an order is prepared, changes may not be possible.
There are no additional fees for using the Reserve & Collect service. However, standard or agreed terms pricing for the reserved items applies.
Once your order is prepared, we'll notify you via email or phone, depending on your preference. Please ensure your contact details are accurate when placing the reservation.
